Live Arrival Guarantee
We will guarantee live arrival if the low and high temperatures are between 40 degrees and 90 degrees. If an order arrives DOA with temps within that range, we will replace the roaches but you (the customer) must pay for shipping the replacement order. If the low or high temp is above 90 degrees or below 40 degrees we will do our best to get the roaches delivered alive, but we will not guarantee live arrival. Replacement of DOA orders when temps are above 90 or below 40 will be at your expense (the customer) - you must pay for the roaches and shipping.
We use weather.com to determine the temperatures at the order recipients' locations.

Shipping
We ship USPS 2-3 day priority mail. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you by PayPal or USPS after we ship the roaches.
To give the roaches the best chance of survival when temps are above 90 degrees or below 40 degrees, we will have the roaches held at the customer's post office for the customer to pick up. USPS sends notification via email that the package is ready for the customer to pick up.
We will notify you of the expected shipping day for your order.
We may delay shipping due to weather or other concerns. We will notify you if we delay shipping.
